Why this report is important?

It has been said that it is easier to get someone to buy again from you then to acquire a new customer. This report tells you how successful you’ve been at getting repeat purchasers.

What is in this report?

A pie chart of the number of purchases, per contact, bucketed by order count per contact.  We do our best to remove recurring subscription payments and ONLY report on the original purchase of a subscription.
 

How is this report created?

Order data from your CRM.  We strip out recurring payments, so that purchases reflect the actual number of purchases a customer makes.
