If you are not seeing any sales for an Adwords Ad, which you believe should have sales attributed to it, please follow the checklist below to troubleshoot what might be wrong.

  1. Verify the correct Google Adwords Account is authorized
  2. Verify Wicked Reports has Order Data
    1. Infusionsoft
    2. Ontraport
    3. Stripe
    4. Using the Wicked API
  3. If you add orders to your CRM via an API or 3rd Party Tool
  4. Verify Google Adwords Tracking Template is set up
  5. Verify Adwords has no tracking below the Account level
  6. Verify Adwords Landing Page has Wicked Tracking Code
  7. Verify the Checkout Page / Order Form has Wicked Tracking Code
