If you are not seeing any Leads for a Email, which you believe should have Leads attributed to it, please follow the checklist below to troubleshoot what might be wrong.  This would typically be the case if you have affiliates or other compaines sending emails to their list, on your behalf.

  1. Verify your CRM is authorized
  2. If using Wicked API, verify Wicked Reports has Contact Data
  3. Verify tracking on all email links
  4. Verify email Landing Page has Wicked Tracking Code
  5. Verify Optin Form Tracking is set up
