If you are not seeing any leads for an Adwords Ad(s), which you believe should have leads attributed to it, please follow the checklist below to troubleshoot what might be wrong.

  1. Verify your CRM is authorized
  2. If using Wicked API, verify Wicked Reports has Contact Data
  3. Verify the correct Google Adwords Account is authorized
  4. Verify Google Adwords Tracking Template is set up
  5. Verify Adwords has no tracking below the Account level
  6. Verify Adwords Ad Landing Page has Wicked Tracking Code
  7. Verify Optin Form Tracking is set up
