NOTE: Our WooCommerce Native Integration now supports Subscription Orders using the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.

We currently have a private beta of our native WooCommerce integration available for Wicked Reports users.

A couple notes...

First, while we will import your orders, we don't yet have support for subscription orders, so all orders will show up as individual purchases. If you are tracking subscriptions you will have to work with support to see how your reporting will be affected.

Second, since this is a private beta, you will not be able to authorize via the in-app Authorizations screen. You will need to email support@wickedreports.com with the following information to have the integration manually configured by our support team.

To have the native Wicked Reports WooCommerce integration authorized for your account


Email support@wickedreports.com with the following information:

1. Your Wicked Reports Client Name and ID (available on your Settings screen in the Wicked Reports application)

2. Your WooCommerce API key/secret pair.


Generating API keys in the WordPress admin interface

To create or manage keys for a specific WordPress user, go to WooCommerce > Settings > API > Keys/Apps.


Click the “Add Key” button. In the next screen, add a description and select the WordPress user you would like to generate the key for. Use of the REST API with the generated keys will conform to that user’s WordPress roles and capabilities.
Choose the level of access for this REST API key, which can be Read access, Writeaccess or Read/Write access. Then click the “Generate API Key” button and WooCommerce will generate REST API keys for the selected user.

3. The URL of your WooCommerce store

Once you have provided this information to support@wickedreports.com, our dev team will manually configure the integration and you can work with support to ensure that everything is working properly.
